BOARD ASSURANCE At 11 April 2012, the Board of Directors and the President of Lundin Petroleum AB have adopted this annual report for the financial year ended 31 December 2011. ASSURANCE The Board of Directors and the President & CEO certify that the annual financial report for the Parent Company has been prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in Sweden and that the consolidated accounts have been prepared in accordance with IFRS as adopted by the EU and give a true and fair view of the financial position and profit of the Company and the Group and provides a fair review of the performance of the Group’s and Parent Company’s business, and describes the principal risks and uncertainties that the Company and the companies in the Group face.
